Jennie is a certified coach, author, speaker and motivational listener who believes that we all have untapped potential waiting to be shared with the world. Her passion is to guide and support people toward greater confidence, self-awareness and leadership ability that enables them to maximize their technical skills and professional knowledge to do impactful and meaningful work. Her coaching is grounded in the ICF core competencies of setting the foundation, co-creating the relationship, communicating effectively, and facilitating learning and results.
She has lived in the US, Europe and Asia, and worked with clients from more than 20 countries, including leaders from a variety of MNCs such as Caterpillar, Nestle, EMC and Accenture, as well as working with entrepreneurs and those making major career changes. Her key strengths are: deep listening and synthesizing; holding the vision for the client; building strong teams by strengthening individual self-awareness and helping people to become purposeful and deliberate about how they show up; maximizing individual talents within the context of the whole; translating between technical and user groups; holding a long-term vision and taking appropriate action in the present; constantly scanning the environment for opportunity and improvement; and, sorting through complexity to find relevance and actionable items.
She is the author of several books, including the ALIGN-ACT-ACHIEVE series of coaching books.
Prior to coaching, Jennie had a variety of experiences in the corporate world in the areas of property management, financial analysis, project management, change management and operations. She has worked for Case IH, Ford, GM and MetLife.

Charlie Smith, MBA
Charlie joined Line of Sight as Managing Partner in October 2015. He brings 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including an extensive international background working within organizations to develop high performing teams. Charlie focuses on helping individuals and organizations achieve optimum performance. He is a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt and has managed numerous strategic projects in The Americas, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Line of Sight, Charlie spent 20 years at Caterpillar’s Financial Services division serving in a variety of executive leadership roles in the US, Europe and Asia. As Managing Director of Caterpillar’s financing arm for power systems in Asia, Charlie worked extensively to expand Cat’s finance footprint across Australia, China and SE Asia. He recruited and developed the team, led market development and grew the business from greenfield to a $700m operating unit. He will bring extensive market development, strategic planning and negotiating skills to Line of Sight.
Charlie has a passion for leaders as teachers and believes in a core principle… when you get the people part right, everything else is monitoring outcomes. He has applied this principle in Europe and Asia with success, and has pioneered a proprietary process called Innovation Circles to de-silo organizations and release untapped ideas and creativity. Charlie has held positions with Caterpillar, JI Case, and American Bankers Insurance Group.
Charlie is active in Junior Achievement and has served on the JA Singapore and JA Asia Board of Directors. He is also a founding member of the Women’s Initiative in Singapore, an organization created to support women in business, and was the sponsor for the creation of the Asia Synergy Network, a connection and networking group in Singapore. He is a singer, songwriter, arranger and producer of a variety of music genres at his home recording studio.

A self-proclaimed change junkie, Kate brings a high energy and results-focused approach to facing challenges. She’s responsible for leading and innovating the hiring processes, talent acquisition strategy, and candidate experience for Infusionsoft’s candidates and hiring leaders. In her time with Infusionsoft she and her team have hired over 400 people, implemented multiple new innovations and trained 150+ Infusionsoft leaders to our talent mobility best practices. Prior to Infusionsoft, Kate led a team of recruiters and managed accounts in the U.S. and Canada for Target Training International, consulted with clients like Girl Scouts, Wounded Warrior Project and K12 while at Insperity, and holds a Master’s degree from Pepperdine in Organization Development with an emphasis on job benchmarking, retention and talent selection and participated in Design Thinking Bootcamp at Stanford University. When not strategizing on people and process, Kate is collecting passport stamps, throwing dinner parties, and building her small business, Line of Sight.
